The restaurants in this guide are all operated by Metro Grupo, the team behind this website. They have not been included simply because they belong to the group: each one suits a different kind of hen booking, and the drawbacks are included so you can rule out the wrong option.
For a large table, contact the restaurant with the real headcount and say that it is a hen party. Ask for the menu, table area, deposit, minimum spend, final-number deadline and cancellation terms in writing. Published opening hours and entertainment schedules can change by season.
What matters when booking for a hen group
The best restaurant is the one that fits the evening. A relaxed first-night meal needs a broad menu and straightforward service. A dinner show needs a larger budget and a firm arrival time. A beach lunch needs weather and transport plans as well as a table.
Do not assume that a restaurant accepting a booking also accepts decorations, cakes, external performers or party games. Ask before buying anything. Send dietary requirements as one accurate list, with serious allergies identified separately.
Jacks Smokehouse, Puerto Banús
Best for: a large, informal group with mixed tastes.
Jacks Smokehouse is one of the most practical choices for a hen group. The menu covers burgers, pizzas, salads, ribs, steaks and desserts, so guests are not forced into one narrow style of food. Its marina position also works well before drinks in Puerto Banús.
Metro Grupo's current venue listing says the renovated upper level can hold up to 160 people. That makes Jacks particularly useful for groups, but it is not a promise that one layout or area will be available on every date. Ask which floor or section the booking will use and whether the restaurant requires a group menu or pre-order.
The official site currently lists opening from 9.30am until midnight Sunday to Thursday and 12.30am on Friday and Saturday. Recheck the time for the chosen date.
Limitation: the atmosphere is casual rather than dressy. Choose it for an easy group meal, not for a formal dinner-show experience.
Nomad, Nueva Andalucía
Best for: the main celebration dinner with live entertainment.
Nomad combines dinner with musicians, singers, dancers and DJs. Its current schedule lists live dinner shows on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday during the winter season from October to April, and live performances every night from May to September.
The booking terms matter. Nomad currently states that groups of more than eight require a €30 per-person prepaid deposit, refundable with at least 48 hours' notice. Reservations from 15 June are currently subject to a €70 per-person minimum spend. Groups of more than 12 are asked to contact the venue directly.
Limitation: this is a higher-spend, louder evening. It is not the best choice when several guests want a quiet meal or need to keep dinner well below the published summer minimum.
Bono Beach, east Marbella
Best for: turning lunch, drinks and beach time into one booking.
Bono Beach is close to Elviria, around ten minutes by car from central Marbella in normal traffic. It offers beach dining, Bali beds and sun loungers, with live entertainment and regular parties during the season. Metro Grupo currently lists it as open from March to October, with dinner available in summer.
It works well when the group wants one organised daytime plan without moving between a beach club and a separate lunch venue. Reserve beds and the restaurant together so nobody assumes one booking includes the other.
Limitation: it is a seasonal venue in east Marbella. A group staying in Puerto Banús needs planned transport, and the current entertainment schedule should be checked for the exact date.
Cibo, Golden Mile
Best for: a relaxed Italian lunch or first-night dinner.
Cibo is a modern Italian restaurant on Marbella's Golden Mile. Pasta, wood-fired pizza, fish and meat make it easy to order for a mixed group, and the location is useful when guests are staying between central Marbella and Puerto Banús. Its official site currently lists opening from noon until midnight.
Cibo is a sensible choice when the group wants a proper meal without making dinner the whole night's entertainment. Larger groups should contact the restaurant directly rather than relying on an online booking slot designed for a smaller table.
Limitation: the official site does not currently publish a standard hen-party package, capacity or deposit policy. Ask for the complete terms rather than quoting a figure from another Metro Grupo venue.
Koi, Golden Mile
Best for: a more polished Pan-Asian dinner.
Koi serves Japanese, Thai and Chinese-influenced dishes in a contemporary dining room on the Golden Mile. It suits a group that wants sushi, sharing plates and cocktails in a smarter setting without committing to a full dinner show.
Ask whether the group should pre-order, use a set menu or share dishes, and confirm how allergies are handled. Pan-Asian menus can contain sesame, shellfish, soy and other common allergens, so send the venue accurate information early.
Limitation: Koi's public pages do not currently publish a universal group capacity, minimum spend or hen-booking policy. Those details need to come from the confirmation for the chosen date.
Leone Brasserie, Puerto Banús
Best for: dinner near the marina before a Puerto Banús night out.
Leone is a front-line Puerto Banús brasserie with marina views, a retractable roof and an international comfort-food menu. It is useful when the group wants a smarter setting than a smokehouse but still needs broad choices and an easy move to nearby bars afterwards.
The retractable roof gives the venue more flexibility than a fully open terrace, but it does not remove the need to confirm the exact table position and weather plan.
Limitation: do not promise live music, a private area or a late table unless the restaurant confirms it for the booking. Its current general description does not establish a nightly entertainment schedule.
Live music and dinner shows
Nomad is the clearest choice when live performance is central to dinner: its official website publishes a seasonal dinner-show schedule. Bono Beach also advertises live entertainment and regular parties during its operating season. Other Metro Grupo venues may run special events, but these should be mentioned only after the date-specific programme is confirmed.
For live music after dinner, Joys Live in Puerto Banús. It is a live music venue rather than a restaurant recommendation, so confirm its current performance times and table terms separately.
